Anne's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Anne's Story...
Anne is one of a group of Great Danes that came from a breeder that has since been shut down. She's shy, but healthy, happy and friendly. It's possible that she hasn't been housebroken or had any other training. She's estimated to be 3 years old. Her new family should be prepared to spend some extra training time with her.

Suggested donation for Anne: $600. Anne has been spayed and has had her stomach tacked, and is up-to-date with routine shots. Please see the description of medical services provided on our home page.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Anne, a Woodstock Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Woodstock, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Woodstock.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodstock already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodstock breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodstock paves the way for another one to be saved.
