Dusty's Story...
. Dusty is a very fine fellow who got adopted a few months ago but his owners returned him because he dug up some plants...?? they also admitted they left him alone a lot with no time fo rhim. Now this poor fellow wonders what happened . He is a good boy, already neutered and housetrained. He also is not quite a year old. He is in a noisy area with lots of barking but he is one of the best behaved and anxiously looks for someone to take him to a home again. Please go visit him and take him for a walk outside in the newly remodeled family frendly shelter. The shelter address: 650 John Howell Memorial Drive in Linconton. 704 736 -4215 , Open 6 days a week; M-Sat 11 to 4:30 and Thursday open until 5:30 pm. Closed Sunday. Adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay or neuter , another disease preventative vaccine and a rabies vaccine, a microchip, as well as worming and a new bonus, 30 days of free insurance..Incredible. There is a family friendly adoption room too.. The shelter does do same day adoptions and they do not take credit cards just cash or check. Dusty would love to find a home again ,one who will not turn him back in.... these dogs dont' have forever, so please, don't delay!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dusty, a Lincolnton Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer dog from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
