Dawson's Story...
Dawson was dumped on a highway and taken to a kill shelter. He is a great boy that needs a family to spoil him rotten and in turn, he will be your best friend. He is microchipped, crate trained and ready to go! He gets very vocal when he plays...so, some furry friends don't understand him but he wants to play with most dogs, regardless of size.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dawson, a Greenwich American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Greenwich, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Greenwich.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greenwich already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greenwich breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greenwich paves the way for another one to be saved.
