Booker's Story...
Hi, my name is Booker. I'm an intelligent 8-month-old male Catahoula mix who is still a bit shy and cautious, but growing in confidence all the time. My foster home in Phoenix is teaching me commands that I'm learning quickly, including being kennel and potty trained.

I'm a gentle soul who loves kids and is eager to please. I get along great with the other boy and girl dogs at my foster home. I'm a little cautious, but still polite with cats. I really want to find a forever home that'll be gentle, patient and shower me with affection. Hope to see you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Booker, a Phoenix Catahoula Leopard Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Catahoula Leopard Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Catahoula Leopard Dog dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Catahoula Leopard Dog breeders who help with Catahoula Leopard Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
