BLUE BOY is a very sweet dog, about three years old, American Bull Dog mix, around 65 lbs., in great health and excellent shape. This is a nice calm dog who does enjoy playing with other dogs (if you have them, should be comparable in size - likes to do the play bow) and he will be great with your older children. No kitties please. This wonderful dog is totally house-broken, (uses a doggie door like a pro), and will not be destructive in your home. Blue Boy knows how to sit for you and only wants to please you - no doubt he will be a very obedient pooch for you.
He is neutered, current and recent vaccinations (good for a year), and also micro-chipped too! Blue's girlfriend was just adopted (the blonde girl in the photos). Come and meet this boy, he would love to find his great loving permanent home too (especially in time for the Holidays).
Blue walks great on a leash and will make a great doggie walking companion for you - a real sweetheart. He does not show food aggression tendencies. Going somewhere, Blue Boy will enjoy going with you - a great car traveler.

Is this boy totally handsome or what? His coat of hair shines like Armor-All was applied to it!!!!
Blue is in a foster home, so please come and meet him - a real sweetie and gorgeous dog he is.

Rescue Group Info...
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. In July of 2009 we joined together with fellow rescuers on a mission to save a pack of about 30 dogs from the Fort McDowell Casino area and by the end of the year we had rescued over 80 dogs from there! AZ Happy Tails is committed to the rescue and placement of stray, abandoned, and e-listed animals as well. We think all pets deserve caring and compassionate homes, and the chance to live healthy, happy lives in safe environments. We strive to educate and raise awareness of the importance of animal respect and appreciation.
We have our adoptable pets available to meet on Saturdays at Tempe Pet Club, located on the NW corner of Guadalupe and McClintock. Please email us to confirm if you'd like to see a specific pet!

If you are interested in adopting a pet from us please contact us via e-mail. We will get you our adoption questionnaire to fill out an return for our review. We will then do a meet and greet with the pet including a visit to your home to make sure the pet feels comfortable and is in a safe environment!
