From our Director of Animal Training & Behavior, Bill Berloni: Meet Sophie. She is a year and a half. We received an email from a rescuer she was in a kill shelter in North Carolina. Sunny and I decided to pay to have her shipped up to NYC. With the help of the Humane Society of New York, she has been checked out and ready for adoption. She is about 45 pounds, Airdale German Shepherd mix. Very friendly, housebroken and energetic. She would be a great family dog. Help us save another Sandy.
