Sassafrass's Story...
Sassafras

Est. DOB: September 11, 2011
Description: DSH Black and White
Gender: Female
Adoption Fee: $100.00

Sassafras is a sweet natured black and white tuxedo kitty that is friendly and likes to play. Sassafras loves to sit with you while you work on the computer and watch the screen change and move.

In the morning, she’ll meet you stretched out for a chin and belly scratch. Sassafras likes to be held as long as it’s accompanied by a good petting. She’ll relax with you on the couch at night and loves to be talked to. She loves toys and stuffed animals.

Sassafras may be a little shy at first and needs a little adjustment time. She’s a true delight and does well with other cats.

Sassafras and her siblings were pulled from a rural high kill shelter.

Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with shelter paid registration.

About Alley Cats and Angels

About Our Rescue Group...

Alley Cats and Angels (AC&A) is a non-profit feline rescue organization dedicated to improving the lives of unwanted and abandoned cats in our community. We work to decrease the number of homeless cats through our adoption program, trap-neuter-return (TNR) efforts for feral cats, education of pet owners on sterilizing owned cats, and public education and awareness.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our cats are in foster homes. Cats can be met at our various adoption events throughout the month or by making appointmetn to visit the cat in its foster home. To make an appointment to meet a cat, please email info@alleycatsandangels.org or call 919-303-3500.
