Rumor's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Rumor's Story...
Gentle Rumor was pulled from a high kill shelter within an hour of being euthanized. This handsome boy is such a gentle soul who loves to play with other doggies, thinks cats are cool and loves to hang with the kiddos.

He is also a wonderful lap dog and couch snuggler. Rumor would love to snuggle up to a family of his own. Could you be the one?

All MVPC dogs are heart worm tested, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. Adoption fees are $200 for dogs under 8 months, and $175 for dogs older than 8 months

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rumor, a Dayton American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Dayton, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Dayton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dayton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dayton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dayton paves the way for another one to be saved.
