Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AMAZING young DANE/FOXHOUND ***BAXTER has it all! Uniquely handsome, phenomenal temperament and intelligence with a debonaire flare. The combination of the two breeds incorporate energy to go everywhere, mellowness to curl up and decompress, "pack-ability" to enjoy any endeavor and always make a new friend.
BAXTER'S foster mom enjoys and adores this special boy and remarks, " High energy but well behaved young adult foxhound/dane mix. About 75 pounds of cuddly sweetness. He would do best with children over 12, as he might run over a small one. He loves the couch when not playing with other dogs. Having a fenced yard and playmate is important, although he is very good on a leash. Met dozens of people and dogs yesterday and was very well behaved . Has not chewed or had an accident in the house. Only barks when he plays – can be mouthy to get you to play with him. Easily corrected. Knows how to sit and VERY smart, easily trained. No aggression or food issues"
BAXTER is an invaluable addition to any active household where an adventurous companion, stoic friend and bit of a clown is desired, encouraged and treasured.
BAXTER is lovingly fostered in CT. He is current on all vaccinations including Bordetella and Rabies. He is heartworm negative, on preventative, dewormed and on flea and tick preventative as well.
