Missy's Story...
Missy came to us as part of a cruelty case in 2011. She was emaciated and very hard to approach. She has been getting much easier to catch, lead and has had her feet trimmed and doing much better. She is now wanting interaction with people so it takes someone with time and patience. She was attacked by a dog we were told but has been doing better out here with our farm dogs.
Missy had a saddle played with and pad while Krystal Kelly was here. She has had NO rider on her. She needs more ground work and doing things in the round pen then have an experienced trainer work with her. She will make a great pony for someone's little girl. She likes being dressed up in pink!

About Our Rescue Group...
We educate children and adults on proper care of equine and hope to bring about a better sense of community. Many horses are neglected or abused and those that we get in we do our best to rehab and teach those who come to volunteer how to better treat these animals so that it may help prevent cases of abuse further down the line.
