Finnigan's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Finnigan's Story...
Finnigan is a 27 lb 1 yr old puggle. He is the happiest dog he loves playing with the other dogs but can show dominance as he likes to be 'in charge'. He loves playing with toys but also enjoys quiet time chewing on bones. He LOVES his people and enjoys the love he can get, however He doesn't seem to do well with children in the home. No aggression, just shows dominance over them. Finnigan has been seen by a vet and deamed healthy to his/her knowledge and is current on all vaccines, has been microchipped and altered.
An adoption application is required via email prior to meeting any Hope 4 Paws dog in its foster home. In most cases, breeds stated in the posting are merely our best educated guess as we do not know the history of many dogs that come into the rescue.

The adoption application is available at www.hope4paws.com.
The application can be emailed to Molly at hallamart@sbcglobal.net
The adoption fee of $275 covers all vetting expenses.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finnigan, a Plainfield Pug/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Beagle for sale in Plainfield, or seeking a Pug/Beagle dog from a breeder in Plainfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plainfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plainfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Beagle breeders who help with Pug/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plainfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
