Jessie's Info...

Jessie's Story...
Jessie is around 5 years old and a real handsome fellow! He is very sweet and a little reserved, although he does come around quickly. He likes being held and holds himself with pride to be who he is. He is a little on the thin side as he did come in as a stray. He does quite well on the leash and this little guy is a real charmer and a perfect example to his breed! Jessie is ready to be in your life now.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jessie, a Springdale Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog for sale in Springdale, or seeking a Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog dog from a breeder in Springdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog breeders who help with Sheltie, Shetland Sheepdog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
