My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HARRY & SALLY
An owner suddenly has a change in circumstances and turns this wonderful pair of Chi’s into a High Kill Shelter in Miami, FLA.
Harry & Sally are approximately 5 years old. They were called a “bonded pair,” when we Rescued them from the shelter. They do enjoy each other’s company, but after having them with us for a while we realize that they’re not as bonded as we might have thought. They do sleep together and curl with each other, but also do very well on their own and with the company of the other dogs in Rescue. When we hear, “bonded,” our first thought is to definitely keep them together, as we’ve done with so many bonded pairs. Harry & Sally will do very well in the right home, together or not.
Sally, being the more independent of the two is a sweet submissive girl who loves belly rubs, but she’s definitely the boss in the family. She’s larger than Harry is. Sally is a beautiful color mix between gray and chestnut. Her photos don’t show her true colors.
Harry is a clown! He’s a small little guy, all black and has thick beautiful fur. He loves to play and chase his toys, tossing them up in the air as if he’s ready to catch them.
The two, when together are like a tag team! Very sweet, and comical to watch. They chase each other and when tired, go straight to their crate until next round.
Both are very calm little dogs, not really jumpy like many Chiuaua’s. They are very healthy ~ Have been Spay/Neutered, UTD on all routine shots are Heart Worm negative, are on flea and tick preventative. Both pups also have a microchip.
If you’re looking to adopt two great little dogs, who you will have hours of fun watching, these are the ones! If you’re interested in adopting just one, we will definitely consider it, but would like to try to keep them together if possible.
