Important Note

Harley is best friends with Junior. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!

Harley's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Harley's Story...
Harley and Junior are brothers from different litters; they have been together since puppyhood and need to be adopted together. Harley is 8 years old, a black and white smooth coat male. Junior is 7 years old, a white and tan rough coat.
This lovable pair has lived in a busy household with children and another dog. They are friendly and energetic, love to go for runs, hang out in their fenced yard, and play fetch. They would be great for an active family with lots of time to play and be together. A fenced yard is a must for this lively pair of terriers. Apply to Russell Refuge to adopt Harley and Junior. www.russellrefuge.org

About Russell Refuge, Inc

About Our Rescue Group...

Russell Refuge provides temporary shelter to Jack Russell Terriers in the northeastern United States that are no longer wanted or have been placed in public shelters. We provide medical care before adoption and find suitable homes for terriers in our care. Our organization is funded entirely by donations. These donations are used for temporary housing, spaying/neutering, transportation from shelters, veterinary treatments, and food.

Our Adoption Process...

We accept applications online or by mail from adults who want to adopt Jack Russell Terriers. We require vet and personal references which are checked. We may require a home visit. We do not ship dogs so applicants need to be able to come to the Refuge in person if they adopt a dog. There is an adoption fee but no application fee.
