Seth's Story...
My name is Seth and I have always been an active boy who loves to play! I'm curious and want to be where it's happening. My color is an extremely handsome tan tabby (or very light orange) with white markings. My two sisters, Eden and Phoebe, and I were born inside on 9/15/12 to our very affectionate stray mom, Eve. Adventerous and affectionate I hope to play right into your heart so come meet me soon! UPDATE: Since Eden has been adopted, Seth is very bonded with his sister, Phoebe, so they will be adopted out as a pair. Please inquire if you are interested in adopting both together.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Seth, a Newark Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Newark, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
