Rowdy Rory - Let's Be Friends's Story...
Hello, Rowdy Rory here to make your day! I am a boisterous and charming young guy that loves life! Everything is a game to me and my attention span is pretty much nonexistent! If I was a cartoon character I would be Tigger from Winnie the Pooh or Dino from The Flintstones. If you are looking for a young cat that loves to play and join you in daily tasks, I am your kind of cat! I also love to wrestle with other cats.
2/13/13 - Officially adopted! Now named Rudy.

Rowdy Rory's minimal adoption donation is $100 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming, FeLV/FIV test (negative), microchip, and flea/heartworm preventative. Rowdy Rory came to us as a rescue from Chicago Animal Care & Control.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rowdy Rory - Let's Be Friends, a WESTCHESTER Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in WESTCHESTER, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in WESTCHESTER.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in WESTCHESTER already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a WESTCHESTER breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in WESTCHESTER paves the way for another one to be saved.
