I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Howard was rescued just before Christmas from a rural shelter who found him as a stray. Howard is an old fellow and we can only guess what his long life has been. He is probably from 2002. He came un-neutered, with few and rotting teeth, very thin, and he's got a heart murmer. Still Howie is the LOWEST-KEY, SWEETEST, HAPPY-GO-LUCKY guy around. Though he is obviously a thrown away old hunting dog, he is so sweet and just happy to be petted and given a warm cozy place to rest. And he loves to eat! And he has enough energy for a nice walk. His only special needs are a couple of inexpensive daily meds for his heart and his food must be softened (or canned). He's still working on the house-training, and has shown great improvement. Is there anyone out there who would be the angel to give this lovely kind gentle old boy the right care for last few years in his long life? Please contact Bev at 804-248-3042 or email@example.com... THANKS!!!
Tramp's Rescue is an all volunteer organization. We are a small organization that rescues dogs from local animal shelters and other places.
We typically keep around thirty dogs at a time. We provide all necessary medical treatments including spaying or neutering, heartworm, and anything the veternarian recommends.
Once we rescue a dog, that dog will stay with us until he/she finds a good home.
We hold weekly adoption stands at different local stores such as Petco and Petsmart.
We are a non-profit organization dependent on donations to rescue these dogs. We can use any type of assistance you can provide, such as volunteer dog handlers, foster homes for dogs, or donations of food or money
