Bella's Story...
My name is Bella and I am a little feist/terrier mix girl. I am about one year old and am the sweetest little doll you could ever want to meet! I will roll over on my back and paw at the front of my crate for attention at adoption fairs. I do have some special needs, though. I was born with some leg problems. I walk very slowly and with my back legs very straight. The doctors did some tests and found that I was born with my knee caps on the back of my femur bones! I may have to have some pain medications as I get older. I would really like to find my forever home with someone who does not mind that I cannot run like other dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Winston-Salem Feist/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Feist/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Winston-Salem, or seeking a Feist/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Winston-Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winston-Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winston-Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Feist/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Feist/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winston-Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
