I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, declawed, and not good with kids.

Scruffy was found living alone in the city. Since she is declawed, she was having a rough time finding food for herself and came to us very thin but has really blossomed in her foster home!
Scruffy is a sweet girl who loves being pet and looking out the window. She would love to find a home where she can have a warm, soft bed and lots of canned food! She would do best in a quiet household without children.
Scruffy needs an experienced family as she has some anxiety issues and can be unpredictable.
Meeting adoptable cats: Adoptions are conducted by appointment or at Saturday adoption events.
Most of our cats are in foster homes, but you can meet some of our adoptables if you stop by the Petco in Owings Mills (10383 Reisterstown Road) on the following days/times:
--- Wednesdays, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM || Open House
--- Saturdays, 11 AM - 4 PM || Adoption Events

The Feline Rescue Association (FRA) is dedicated to improving the lives of unwanted and homeless cats and kittens, be they friendly or feral, through rescue, adoption and spay and neuter.

We do adoptions by appointment or through adoption events which we hold every weekend. Please visit our website, www.baltimorecats.org for a calendar of events.
All of our cats are altered, vaccinated (age-appropriate), tested for Feline Leukemia, microchipped, dewormed and treated for fleas before adoption. A free 30-day health insurance policy from ShelterCare comes with each cat automatically.
Our adoption fees are as follows:
$90 for any cat over 6 months
$150 for a pair of cats over 6 months
$125 for a kitten under 6 months
$210 for two kittens under 6 months
