Dexter--adopted!'s Story...
Meet Dexter, an adorable little red dobie boy. Born August 30th, so he is
still a little guy with lots to learn, but very smart and can be easily
trained.
Dexter was purchased from a breeder but the current senior dog of the house
was not too happy about having an energetic puppy around so Dexter's new
owner decided it was best he found a home that could appreciate his
enthusiasm for life.
Dexter loves to play with other dogs and is finding it very fun to play with
cats. Even a few cat scratches on the nose didn't discourage him!
Dexter is working on his house and crate training but that can be a
challenge in the cold wet weather. But with a little love and understanding
we know he will catch on quickly.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dexter--adopted!, a New Richmond Doberman Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in New Richmond, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher puppy from a breeder in New Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
