Holly's Story...
Holly was rescued by a kind gentleman when he was trying to trap a female adult cat in his yard, to take to be spayed. He had no clue this kitten was even there. She is about 8 weeks old and has had her 1st distemper vaccine so far, been dewormed, treated with advantage, and tested and negative for felv/fiv. She is very sweet, and a purr machine

This kitten will be at our Petco adoption center on Rt 1 in Edison, south of Rt 287, in the Home Depot shopping center, open Sat & Sun, 11 to 4:30.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holly, a East Brunswick Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in East Brunswick, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in East Brunswick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Brunswick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Brunswick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Brunswick paves the way for another one to be saved.
