Victoria's Story...
Meet Victory my friends she is a champion fighting till the end!! She has only three legs, but that doesn’t stop her or get in her way. She fought her way out of a kill shelter and that didn’t defeat her. She has been diagnosed heart worm positive and that she will beat! Victory is definitely a name she has earned and won with her sweetness, gentle ways and determination. Victory is calm, and just enjoys life and human attention. Easygoing and fun loving. She gets along well with other dogs and seems to perk up around children and anyone who will toss her a tennis ball. She longs to be around people. Very good on a leash and is house trained. Loves to be brushed and does not bark much at all.
She is appreciative of everything you do for her. She is a joy to be around and an inspiration. She without a doubt will inspire and make someone very happy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victoria, a Huntsville Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Huntsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Huntsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
