George is a 1 year old Beagle (possibly with a touch of Heeler in him.) George is a sweet boy who loves to run and play. He is good with kids and other dogs but not squirrels. He loves his toys and is good at not eating them up. He loves to snuggle up on he sofa in the evenings and watch TV. He is housebroken and doggy door trained. He very seldom barks and does not dig. He would make a great running buddy with a little training because his nose gets him off track. He does beg at the table but we are working on it. He shows signs of being very easy to train but with many dogs in my house it is hard to keep his attention. He is active so would need a family that could exercise him or a yard to run and play in.

If you are interested in adopting one of our beagles, we will e-mail you the application to fill out. A home visit is required prior to all adoptions. We are happy to schedule a meet and greet for you and the dog at a park.
We focus on helping beagles in Tarrant county, but occasionally get them from other places. We are happy to adopt to any location!
