Bowser's Story...
Bowser is a beautiful, 1 1/2-year-old boxer mix picked up as a stray with this sweater on. He is just as sweet as can be, and we cannot believe nobody every claimed him. Bowser seems to be housebroken since he will hold his potty until he gets out of his kennel. He is super intelligent and very loving. Bowser is intimidated by dogs larger than him but does well with dogs his size or smaller. He is also indifferent to cats. Upon adoption, Bowser will be neutered, up to date on shots, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative. Bowser's adoption fee is $50.00. Please TEXT 361-438-3232 for more information or if you could sponsor his adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bowser, a Corpus Christi Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Corpus Christi, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Corpus Christi.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Corpus Christi already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Corpus Christi breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Corpus Christi paves the way for another one to be saved.
