Destiny's Story...
He can't get enough affection. He is very shy, but yet starts purring the minute you put your hand on him.

He is adoptable to a caring and understanding home. He has made overtures to my cat Mimi but she is grouchy with him but I feel he would do well in a home with a mellow, friendly cat.
He was in bed with me this morning and curled up next to me and looked up in my face like he was the happiest guy on the planet.
He LOVES to be with his people.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Destiny, a San Luis Obispo Turkish Angora cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Turkish Angora for sale in San Luis Obispo, or seeking a Turkish Angora cat from a breeder in San Luis Obispo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Luis Obispo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Luis Obispo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Turkish Angora breeders who help with Turkish Angora rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Luis Obispo paves the way for another one to be saved.
