Melody's Story...
Melody got her name because she loves to be sang to. She is a tiny little nugget at 11 pounds who would be the perfect accessory to any outfit. She is the sweetest little soul whose favorite place to be is curled up next to you. She LOVES kids. She is good with the other dogs and is intrigued by the cat. She is an excellent lap dog and such a lover. She is being fostered in St. Charles, IL.

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a group of volunteers dedicated to rescuing and providing sanctuary to abandoned, stray and neglected dogs. We are not a shelter as all of our rescued dogs live in foster homes where they are given enourmous amounts of love and attention while they await their forever home. Many animals are overlooked or forgotten and our goal is to give them a second chance on life and home to be loved in.
Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption process is quite simple. We ask that you complete an application on our website DigsK9.org. We are a foster based organization so special arrangements can be made for you to meet the animal you are applying for. After review of your application we will follow up with either a phone interview or a home visit. If everyone agrees that this would be a successful adoption than we make plans to finalize it.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We are based in the Chicago-land area but are happy to accept applications from all states.
