My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cali is a stunningly beautiful dog! She has a gorgeous golden-colored coat and ice-blue eyes! She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside! She is just over a year old and a petite 38 lbs. Cali is very sweet and loves other dogs and kids. She is also fine with cats. Cali was picked up as a stray and taken to the county shelter where she was scheduled to be euthanized for "fear". Poor girl was terrified in the shelter! When we brought her home, she was still very afraid, but despite that, she never once growled or showed her teeth. She has a very gentle nature! She is still shy, but has come out of her shell and continues to gain confidence every day. Cali loves walks now and is very good on a leash. She is crate trained and house-trained! Cali is very comfortable around other dogs and needs to go to a home with at least one other dog in the household. Cali's adoption fee is $200 and that includes spay, microchip, DAPP and rabies vaccinations and county licence. If you are interested in meeting Cali, please contact Delon.Washo@asu.edu or 602-295-4518.

AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that dogs are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. dogs often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a dog/puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new pet.
