What an adorable girl our MAGGIE is. Maggie arrived at our shelter in October massively pregnant. She went way past her delivery date and when we took her in to the vet, it was discovered that the pregnancy had been lost. So our dear Maggie who had carried her puppies for so long never became the wonderful mom that we just knew she would be. She is so even tempered, very gentle spirited, and just very kind and friendly with people large and small. Maggie is great with other dogs and a favorite of kids large and small. She has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, rabies included. She has been fully treated for heart worms and is currently on monthly heart worm preventative. No further treatments would be needed for her other than to continue the monthly preventatives. She is such a sweetheart and every time I see her, she seems to have this look on her face asking, "have you found me a wonderful home yet". So please help me find Maggie the wonderful home that she so deserves. She is currently with our rescue in Mississippi and she is ready to travel at any time. Maggie has healed fly strikes on both ears that show as bare spots where there is hair loss. The hair may never grow back, but it is just evidence of her being in a situation where she was not cared for as well as this beautiful girl should have been.
