Lilly's Story...
Lilly is a very sweet little girl between 5-6 years old and still very active, she weights about 12 lbs and is 9 to 11 inches tall. Lilly loves her walks and can be a little dominate with other dogs . Lilly is great with cats, n does not want anything to do with kids as she was beaten by them before, she is not aggressive but just stays away from them. Lilly will do good with a retired person or couple but it will take a little time for her to warm up to men. Lilly loves attention and just wants a good home and lots of love. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Bellingham Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
