Victoria's Story...
08-13-07 We have made a commitment to take this pup with vision problems.
She will go directly to Judy V, puppy foster mom, to de-stress.

The foster mom will give us updates as they become available. Her attention to detail lets you know if this pup will be suitable for your home.
08-17 The babies have arrived. This pup is 3.5 lbs. Both pups have juvenile cataracts.
Puppy foster mom, Judy V, met us at Doc's for the vet check. Both pups went with Judy V to de-stress, then will be returned for spaying, anything else Doc deems needed.

We will not be having cataract surgery done on these pups. We do encourage an adopter with the financial resources to provide cataract surgery to call their vet or University, find out the anticipated cost of surgery. It ranges from $1500 - $3000 per eye based on the estimates given by previous adopters of pups with juvenile cataracts.

You must be willing to housebreak this pup. We want adopters with the time & patience to train her, then be there for her when she grows old & incontinent.

No fence! No problem! We prefer dedicated leash walkers.

The adoption fee ranges from $150 to $300.
The fee is based upon veterinary care, age & size of dog.
The higher adoption fee on the younger small dogs helps care for the older dogs that take longer to find fur-ever homes.
Senior citizens and disabled receive a discount.
We also offer a discount to those in uniform keeping us safe.
Land of the free because of the brave.

Our adoption process begins with the e-mail or phone call to us. Please be prepared to furnish your complete name, address, telephone number, your veterinarian contact information & at least two personal references. We will then call you to ask a series of questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Victoria, a Cole Camp Welsh Corgi/Welsh Corgi puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Corgi/Welsh Corgi for sale in Cole Camp, or seeking a Welsh Corgi/Welsh Corgi puppy from a breeder in Cole Camp.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cole Camp already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cole Camp breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Corgi/Welsh Corgi breeders who help with Welsh Corgi/Welsh Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cole Camp paves the way for another one to be saved.
