Lady Sally's Story...
Hi! I'm Lady, a 7 year old tricolor beagle gal, who was adopted and brought back. My name when I first came to the beagle rescue was Sally, So, they decided to add my new name Lady to my old name Sally, thus Lady Sally am I. My sister Kayla and I had to move to a house with no backyard so we were living on the patio...but the nice people from AZBR are trying to find us new homes with plenty of chairs, couches, beds and lovely places to nap and play! I love people and other dogs but I will eat anything in my path! Hah! But isn't that something us beagles like to do??? We love food!! My foster family is working on feeding me in my crate, so I won't try to take any of the other dog's food. I will work on that. Please check me out, Kayla and I may not have to be adopted together, but they don't know that for sure yet. So, if you think you might like us both, we would love to be in your pack!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lady Sally, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
