MADELINE's Story...
Hello! I'm the very beautiful Madeline! I'm a 2 year old long haired torti girl and I'm more than ready for my forever home! I came from a hoarding situation where I was the only survivor. Then I spent months at a town shelter. I've been through so much and I'm just ready to move onto my happy ending. Could you help me out with that? I'm a very sweet, mellow girl that needs a patient and loving home to help bring me out of my shell. You can pet me all day long..and brush me..oh and I'm even well behaved for a BATH! I'm incredibly easy-going. Come meet me already!! Email goldenpawsociety@gmail.com to set up an appointment!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MADELINE, a Huntington Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Huntington, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Huntington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Huntington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Huntington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Huntington paves the way for another one to be saved.
