Lincoln's Story...
Lincoln is a 1 year old weimaraner mix boy, very strong and still growing. He has a short coat with that great bronze weimaraner color. Lincoln was rescued from a bad situation where his person abandoned him with a relative who didn't want him and he was left tied outside in the cold. He is in a better place now and he is looking for someone to make him one of the family. Lincoln did play with the grandkids where he stayed and did well with kids but he is very strong and could use some positive training. We will have him neutered and updated on shots and then he will be available for adoption.

Adoption fee:$295.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lincoln, a Mora Weimaraner/Rhodesian Ridgeback dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner/Rhodesian Ridgeback for sale in Mora, or seeking a Weimaraner/Rhodesian Ridgeback dog from a breeder in Mora.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mora already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mora breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner/Rhodesian Ridgeback breeders who help with Weimaraner/Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mora paves the way for another one to be saved.
