Keeley's Story...
I’m just a hunka, hunka bundle of burning love and am looking for that perfect home. Let me introduce myself. My name is Keeley (is gaelic meaning handsome) and I am just too cute for words. I was born in a warehouse and the kind people there decided that this was not the life for a small kitten. So in my best interest I was placed in a foster home. I am 8 weeks old and just full of myself. I am a very active little boy and just love, love, love to play. I get along great with other kitties and would really like to find my own home with a brother or sister. Is there room in your home for this precious bundle of fluff?

Please call CARE @ (804) 288-9797 and ask Connie all about me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Keeley, a Richmond Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
