Shinzey's Story...
Shinzey - 20121491

Hi, my name is Shinzey and I am a 2 year old female Domestic shorthair. I was brought to Suncoast because my previous owner left me behind. I am lucky I was found and now have new friends at the shelter. But what I really want is a family to call my own who will love me forever. I am friendly, and playful and like to be petted. I am strictly an inside cat but if you have a screened lanai where I can sit and hang out that would be fine with me. I like other cats too so if you already have another cat and looking for a companion I am your girl.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shinzey, a Englewood Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Englewood, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Englewood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Englewood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Englewood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Englewood paves the way for another one to be saved.
