My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Naomi was brought to us by her previous human (owner surrender) due to lack of time and unaddressed puppy issues (leash pulling, jumping, inappropriate chewing behaviors). She 14 months old, purebred but never registered. From what we understood, her papers were likely lost during her previous owners' move to Ohio.

She is currently enrolled in an accelerated training program with High Drive Pups, and will be brought up to date with vaccines and spayed over the next few days.

INITIAL EVALUATION:
Naomi is a sweet girl, a little shy but full of adolescent energy, playful and eager to explore new surroundings when accompanied by a human she trusts. Over the next few weeks we will work with her on building her confidence and teaching her basic manners and obedience skills.

Life had not been very good to her prior to coming to us. She has an imprint on her muzzle from either a Gentle Leader or an actual muzzle (fur will likely grow back, she just needs time to heal), she desperately needs a mani-pedi (will be taken care of during her vet appointment, next Monday), and needs to gain a few good pounds of muscle...

She will do best in a home experienced with large breeds.
