Max's Story...
Max is an adorable chihuahua-pug mix. He is just over a year old and is very playful and puppy like. He enjoys playing and interacting with other small animals. Max is smart and enjoys playing catch with balls, ropes, toys, or anything you may throw for him. He has lots of energy and is looking for a home with someone who will play with him or take him on long walks. Max is very affectionate and wants to snuggle once he gets out some of his energy. Max is looking for a forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Phoenix Pug/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Pug/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Chihuahua breeders who help with Pug/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
