Hunter's Story...
Introducing..... HUNTER!!

Hunter is a 1.5 year old walker hound. He is sweet, affectionate and very good with other dogs (He is currently living with 8 other dogs!!)

True to his pedigree, Hunter is a hound and therefore would do best in a fenced in yard. Or with someone who could get him out for regular walks and exercise.

Hunter is a goofy guy who would love a home to call his own. If you are interested in Hunter, please send an email to:

Valley Animal Rescue is a new volunteer animal rescue organization that is just getting off the ground in the Renfrew area. The backbone of our operation will be a network of committed foster homes that will care for, socialize, and help prepare animals for adoption. Our greatest needs are foster families, funding and volunteers.

Our Mission: To act as an advocate for all animals ensuring their protection and well-being.
To work towards ending the suffering caused by pet overpopulation.
To promote kindness, mercy, compassion and respect for all living creatures.
