Helen's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting these kitties, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Helen is a sweet little girl, much smaller than her brother, Mr. Furley. She is very playful, purrs upon being picked up, loves to be held and enjoys sitting on your shoulder. This affectionate girl enjoys car rides, gets along well with dogs, and is very quiet. The only time you are likely to hear Helen meow is if you accidentally forgot her in a room alone or are about to deliver her food!

Helen and Mr. Furley should be adopted together as they are only two kittens in their litter and very bonded. You can even hold them in your arms at the same time!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Helen, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
