ChaCha's Story...
ChaCha’s adoption fee is $350.

ChaCha (Charlie) is a 8 year old, tri colour, Papillon mix that is spayed, micro chipped and her shots are up to date. She weighs about 12.5 pounds. ChaCha loves the attention of her humans, and, although she can be a bit shy, she is very good when she meets strangers. She is constantly by your side or sitting on your lap. She’s good with other dogs (we’re not sure about cats), and is fully housetrained.

Charlie had 10 teeth removed prior to coming into foster care, but you would never know it, she loves to chew on her stix and eats hard dog food (mixed with a teaspoon of moist). She carries her stuffed animals around with her all the time, but will let you take it to play fetch. She still requires a bit of work when she takes a treat - she is very anxious to get the treat, so you have to remind her to take it nicely. ChaCha sleeps on a pillow with her humans - she sleeps through the night and will not get up until her humans do. Since the moment she arrived at her foster home, her tail has never stopped wagging. She is a wonderful dog that deserves a great home – could it be yours?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

ChaCha, a Toronto Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Papillon for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Papillon dog from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Papillon breeders who help with Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
