Red was surrendered to the shelter in Jan. 2013 because the owner could not properly care for him. He is friendly with people including kids and dogs but we are not sure about cats. Red is about 10 months old, neutered, and up to date on shots.

Here at H.C.A.S. we are looking to find good homes for our animals. All animals coming from the shelter are up to date on all shots, health checked by a vet, and spayed/neutered.

We are located in New Cumberland W.V. We try to go to Petsmart in Robison Pa. every weekend with adoptable dogs, provided we have enough volunteers. We also have adoptable cats that are housed at Petsmart.

Pre-adoption form, contract. Fees start at $155.00 for females and $140.00 for males. We accept cash, check, and charge.
