Sam's Story...
Sam is a 2 year old, black lab and pit bull terrier mixed. He is very big and strong. Will make a good partner to a young teenager that likes to run and go to the beach. He is a climber and likes to stand on top of his house so he can have a good view of what is around him. He is not very good with small dogs but will be able to get along with bigger dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sam, a Miami Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Miami, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
