1212-0276 King's Story...

Thank you for your interest in our adoptable animals.  If you would like more information about this pet, see the Shelter information below.   We would love to help you rescue a perfect pet!

I bet if I looked up handsome in the dictionary there would be a picture of King right under the description! This boy is so unique looking. His coloring is rare indeed and his personality just shines. He is a 5 year old 50 pound pit boy that is looking for love. His family signed him over to us a week ago stating lack of room for him. He is a good boy. He has known love. He misses his family. He was very scared when I first met him. He has warmed up to me now and is settling in to his life at the shelter. Still, I know he would much rather be in a home with a family. So lets share his handsome mug and get him out sooner rather than later!! Some good things about King. He is housetrained :) He likes female dogs. His owner states that he hasn't eaten any cats yet...yep, he comes from a family of comedians! He is fine with kids, as long as they aren't too tiny. Probably 3 and up will be fine. He loves to play tug of war. He adores long walks in the woods. He sounds like a man's man kind of dog. LOL. Well, he was just fine with me, and I'm not a man, so I'm thinking he'd be good either way. He knows commands. He has the most adoreable side ways smile. Ok, I'm just going on now, but you get the point. He's a really cool dog. He'd love to meet you. Please come to VBAC&AC, 341 S Birdneck Rd. Va Beach, soon and see if you are a match. You can call the shelter at 385-4444-x2 and ask about King ID#1212-0276.
