Jill's Story...
Jill is one of the most precious puppies that we have ever rescued. She is about 40 lbs and just under a year old. We think that she is a redbone mix, but are not sure what she is mixed with. She has a sweet temperment and is very well behaved. Her foster mom has her "almost" housetrained. She does well with her foster dogs and cat and LOVES kids and affection. If you are interested in meeting Jill, please send us an email.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jill, a Knoxville Redbone Coonhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redbone Coonhound for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Redbone Coonhound puppy from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redbone Coonhound breeders who help with Redbone Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
