Klowee's Story...
My name is Klowee and I'm a very good girl! I'm about a year old and love all the people and dogs in my new foster home. My tail is always wagging and I'm starting to give out kisses too! So far, I've not had any accidents in the house and I slept really well in my crate! I am not a big fan of cats, however. I'm having a lot of fun exploring this new house, but can't wait until you come to take me to my forever home! I'm being fostered in Hanover, PA

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Klowee, a Hanover Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Hanover, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Hanover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hanover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hanover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hanover paves the way for another one to be saved.
