CLARA's Story...
~ ADOPTION PENDING ~ You may meet and apply to adopt Clara at our ADOPTION EVENT on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16th from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in COSTA MESA. adoptpetmatch@gmail.com

~ ADOPTION PENDING ~ Clara is a female miniature Poodle between 1 and 2 years old. She is on the small side, currently weighing 10 pounds. She has snowy white curls that are non-shedding and hypoallergenic. Clara's fur is currently trimmed very short and is healthy, soft and puffy. Clara is a wonderful, incredibly affectionate, social little butterfly. She is bouncy and fun with a darling manner and a true love for life that shines for all to see. It seems like Clara is always happy no matter what. She is complete love, friendly with absolutely everyone, and excellent out in public. Clara loves people, other dogs and is great with kids. She is gentle and sweet, nicely playful and always up for anything. Clara is not for someone who just wants to sit around. She adores going places, doing things, and being included in all aspects of family life. It’s easy to include her because she is a true joy to be around, extremely well behaved and great company. Clara is the kind of dog who will welcome guests and thrive in a social household. She is great inside the home and if nothing is going on she will bounce around on her own for a little bit and then flop down on the floor waiting for the next fun activity to come along. Clara is going to make a fantastic pet and is surprisingly well adjusted given her past experiences. She was brought in stray to a very high kill shelter, almost unrecognizable because of her state of neglect. Skinny and very matted, Clara still wagged her tail joyfully at us and we could tell right away that she didn't belong there. Clara is gaining weight, is very healthy, and ready for her new forever home today!

Clara’s adoption donation is $350 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.

Clara is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Lara and is ready for her forever home.

You may meet and apply to adopt Clara at our ADOPTION EVENT on SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16th from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in COSTA MESA located at 1815 Newport Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA 92627. adoptpetmatch@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CLARA, a Newport Beach Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
