Wendy's Story...
Wendy was abandoned by her family when they moved and didn't want her. She grieved and laid on her special blanket for weeks. She has now accepted her situation and is looking for a new loving home. Wendy's mother was a Boxer and her father a yellow Lab. She looks like a brindle Lab. Wendy is spayed, up-to-date on shots, house trained, about 3 years old, compatible with other animals, and weighs about 50 lbs. She is an excellent companion dog, no bad habits, very gentle and quiet. She needs an inside home with a fenced yard. Please call 256-974-3370 or email

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wendy, a Moulton Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Moulton, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Moulton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Moulton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Moulton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Moulton paves the way for another one to be saved.
