May's Story...
This kitten is located in Henrico County, Short Pump. DOB 8/20/2012

My name is May. I am a black and white female kitten. I was found under a bush with my brother and sister on a retirement community property. I was the lucky one because my foster mom rescued us so we could be safe and healthy. I really enjoy being feed each day and being kept safe from all of the animals that roam the woods. I am looking forward to a warm and loving home that will allowed me to sit in their lap and be loved each day. If you are interested please contact Info@westendcatrescue.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

May, a Richmond Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
