Breed: Domestic Shorthair Color: Orange Or Red Tabby Age: Kitten
Sex: Male ID#: Sheri Hair: Short
Kitten Cutie Pies!'s Story...
These adorable kittens were born indoors after their mom was taken off the streets of Crown Heights. Two are orange tabbies (one female, one male), and one is a tuxedo (male). They are happy little guys who love to play and fight and just generally be kittens! The red ones are tough and sweet; the tux is a little shyer and smaller, but as you can see from the video, he can keep up at playtime!

These sweeties are around seven weeks old. They’ve been dewormed and deflead and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. They’ll be getting their first shots in a week or two. They need to be adopted in pairs or to a family that already has cats or kittens. Wouldn’t you love to take home a ball of love?

If you’d like to meet these adorable babies, please contact Sheri, at BAAadoptions@gmail.com.

Thanks so much for thinking of a rescued kitty!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kitten Cutie Pies!, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
