Bianca's Story...
Meet Bianca. Bianca and her sister were turned into a very high kill shelter in SE KY. Luckily for them, the veterinarian that helps the shelter loves pitties and didn't want to see these sweeties get euthanized just because of their breed. Bianca is approximately 12 weeks old and is such a beautiful girl!! She is white with grayish (blue in pit world) spots on her. She is very friendly and gets along great with other dogs, kids, and cats. She is an all around wonderful dog who would make an ideal family pet. Bianca is working very hard on her crate training and house training skills. Bianca has been spayed, is up-to-date with vaccinations, given a fecal exam and dewormer, microchipped, and is on flea preventative. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bianca, a Hazard American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Hazard, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Hazard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hazard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hazard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hazard paves the way for another one to be saved.
